RT’s Ranch was built for exactly that — a private family ranch in North Fort Myers where the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception all happen in one place, and the whole day feels unhurried.
The covered pavilion is draped with string lights and ready for the ceremony rain or shine. After the ‘I do,’ the celebration moves poolside — a resort-style pool and spa with color lighting, a thatched tiki swim-up bar, and a dedicated live-music area that keeps the party going under the Florida sky. Tented receptions with farm tables, candlelight, and the easy warmth of a country evening.
Bring your own vendors — your caterer, your florist, your DJ or band. The ranch is yours for the day, start to finish. Pricing is on request; every wedding is different, and we’d rather talk through yours than hand you a one-size-fits-all sheet.

Can we bring our own vendors?
Absolutely. RT’s Ranch has an open vendor policy — you choose your caterer, florist, DJ, photographer, and anyone else. The ranch is the canvas; you bring the vision.
How many guests can the ranch accommodate?

Is there a rain plan?
Yes. The covered, draped ceremony pavilion is fully weather-protected, and we have tented reception options so your celebration goes on regardless of Florida’s moods.
