Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rtsranchandevent.com (the “Site”), operated by RT's Ranch and Event Venue (“RT's Ranch,” “we,” “us”), and our text messaging program. By using the Site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Site & Inquiries

The Site provides information about the ranch and lets you request pricing and availability. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a booking. Event bookings are governed by a separate written rental agreement between you and RT's Ranch, which controls over these Terms for your event.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

When you opt in to text messages from RT's Ranch and Event Venue, you agree to receive messages about your inquiry and events at the ranch — such as replies to your questions, pricing and availability, tour scheduling, booking confirmations, event reminders, and occasional event updates — at the phone number you provided.

• Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• If you change or deactivate your phone number, please let us know so we don't message the number's new owner.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Event Photography & Media

We occasionally photograph or film events at the ranch for our own marketing, with the event host's permission. If you appear in media on our website or social channels and would like it removed, contact us and we will honor the request where the media is under our control.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false inquiries, scraping content, attempting to disrupt the Site's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's content — text, photography, logos, and design — belongs to RT's Ranch and Event Venue or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pricing, availability, and amenity details shown on the Site are informational and subject to confirmation in your rental agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RT's Ranch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the messaging program.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site or messaging program after changes constitutes acceptance.
